Did the Trump Campaign Actually Collude with Russians?
Is there any evidence?
Do we know yet?
First let me show you that the charges brought forth by Robert Mueller so far have nothing to do with President Trump or him colluding with Russians and neither do the accusations.
- Paul Manafort’s case has nothing to do with the 2016 campaign or Trump. It’s over dealings that happened in the early 2010s-2014. The Podesta Group Is also named as Company ‘B’ in Manafort’s Indictment.
Manafort was convicted on eight counts of 18. He’s accused of avoiding taxes on more than $16 million he earned in the early 2010s through political consulting work in Ukraine.
As reported by DennisMichaelLynch.com
- There are talks of a plea deal on the second set of charges for Paul Manafort, that are stalled over issues raised by Special Counsel Robert Mueller. Manafort seems to be a dirtbag, but his crimes don’t prove Trump Russia collusion.
As Reported by DML News:
“It was one person who kept the verdict from being guilty on all 18 counts,” Duncan, 52, said. She added that Mueller’s team of prosecutors often seemed bored, apparently catnapping during parts of the trial.
- Michael Cohen did not implicate the President in any way or prove that he's guilty of any crime. I know that CNN keeps telling you different, because of the “hush money” but that is not illegal for the President to pay someone out of his own pocket to keep a story quiet. It’s also not a crime for him to donate as much money as he wants to his own campaign.
As Reported by The Hill:
There appear to be two payments involved in this unusual agreement. Cohen pleaded guilty to a campaign violation for having “coordinated” the American Media payment to Karen McDougal for her story, not for actually making the payment. He is pleading guilty over a corporate contribution he did not make. Think about this for a minute. Suppose ABC paid Stormy Daniels for her story in coordination with Michael Avenatti or maybe even the law firm of the Democratic National Committee on the eve of the election.
By this reasoning, if the purpose of this money paid, just before the election, would be to hurt Trump and help Clinton win, this payment would be a corporate political contribution. If using it not to get Trump would be a corporate contribution, then using it to get Trump also has to be a corporate contribution. That is why neither are corporate contributions and this is a bogus approach to federal election law. Note that none of the donors in the 2012 John Edwards case faced any legal issues and the Federal Election Commission ruled their payments were not campaign contributions that had to be reported, both facts that prosecutors tried to suppress at trial.
- Lanny Davis, Cohen’s lawyer lied about Michael Cohen being willing to testify that then Candidate Trump knew about the infamous “Trump Tower/Russian Lawyer Meeting” before it happened. (You will soon learn that meeting was a setup anyway, all the proof and information about that is finally public.)
- None of the indictments in the Mueller case so far have had anything to do with Trump Russian collusion. Thirteen Russians were indicted for interfering with social media, email phishing and troll farms. There is not one mention in the official court docket that a U.S. person knowingly helped any Russians. Or that the vote totals were effected by this interference.
It was widely reported that this group of Russians helped the Trump Campaign, win the 2016 election, however they were not exclusively focused on Campaign Trump. They had advertisements, groups and events that were pro-Trump, pro-Jill Stein, pro-Sanders, pro-Cruz and others. They bought about $100K of adds and half were purchased after the election.
They organized pro/anti Trump and pro/anti-Clinton initiatives/events after the election to cause division and conflict among the American People. The real objective was to sow discourse into the American People. Which they succeeded beyond their wildest dreams with a lot of help from disinformation campaigns by the “free and fair press.”
After over 600 days into the Trump Presidency and people still can’t find common ground, friendships are broken and families are still not speaking to each other.
(Personally i've lost many friends that can't handle the fact that I disagree with them, and I still have family that do not talk to me. American society has lost the ability to have civil discourse. You either agree or you're called a racist Nazi. It's a very sad.) - Michael Flynn never lied to the FBI and it's on record as such. (This is why I believe his sentencing keeps being delayed, he pled guilty to a crime that was never committed.)
As Reported by Fox News April 27, 2018:
Among the 44 findings in the report was a line stating that “Federal Bureau of Investigation agents did not detect any deception during Flynn's interview.”
- Obstruction of Justice?
January 29 memo from President Trump's first legal team to special counsel Robert Mueller suggests the president believed fired National Security Adviser Michael Flynn was no longer under investigation when he famously asked FBI Director James Comey — by Comey's account — to let the Flynn case go. With a wealth of previously-unreleased information about the Flynn affair, the memo also supports the contention that the FBI did not believe Flynn lied to the agents who questioned him in the Trump-Russia probe.
The bureau interviewed Flynn on Jan. 24, 2017, about his transition conversations with Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak. In March 2017, Comey told the House Intelligence Committee that the agents "saw nothing that indicated to them that [Flynn] knew he was lying to them." Comey said the same thing to the Senate Judiciary Committee at around the same time; chairman Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, wrote recently that Comey "led us to believe … that the Justice Department was unlikely to prosecute [Flynn] for false statements made in that interview." - Carter Page- A Justice Department filing in response to a FOIA request from Judicial Watch reveals that neither the initial warrant - nor any of its three renewals - to spy on Carter Page were subjected to a FISA Court hearing for approval.
As well as he was being surveilled by an FBI informant named Stefan Halper who is extremely intertwined with Russia and Putin.
As SaraACarter.com Reports:
Stefan Halper, who was believed to have worked with the CIA and part of the matrix of players in the bureau’s ‘CrossFire Hurricane’ investigation into Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign. Halper, who assisted the FBI in the Russia investigation, appears to also have significant ties to the Russian government, as well as sources connected directly to President Vladimir Putin.
Stefan Halper, who was then an emeritus Cambridge professor, had received roughly $1 million in taxpayer funded money to write Defense Department foreign policy reports.
Lovinger also raised concerns about Halper’s role in conducting what appeared to be diplomatic meetings with foreigners on behalf of the U.S. government because his role as contractor forbids him from doing so, according to U.S. federal law.
Lovinger’s attorney Sean Bigley said, “Mr. Lovinger unwittingly shined a spotlight on the deep state’s secret weapon – Stefan Halper – and threatened to expose the truth about the Trump-Russia collusion narrative than being plotted: that it was all a set-up.”
…..it was during his time hosting the Cambridge Intelligence Seminar at the University of Cambridge where Halper shifted from a professor and former government consultant to FBI informant on the Trump campaign.
In 2016, Halper was an integral part of the FBI’s investigation into short-term Trump campaign volunteer, Carter Page.
Halper stayed in contact with Page until September 2017.
During that time, the FBI sought and obtained a warrant from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) to spy on Page and used Halper to collect information on him.
The bulk of the warrant against Page relied heavily on an unverified dossier compiled by Former British Spy Christopher Steele and the matter is still under congressional investigation. The follow up warrants relied on the dossier and articles written about information that the FBI leaked to the press from the dossier.
A former senior intelligence official told this news outlet, “It’s all smoke and mirrors. Halper was well aware when he was bringing in Trubnikov in 2012 that the Russian’s were already there at his invitation. The FBI uses Halper to get more information on Trump aides but it’s Halper who has the real connection to Russia.”
- George Papadopoulos- was arrested with help from the Trump White House and the charges against him do not implicate the President. He pled guilty to lying to the FBI.
Stefan Halper was not only spying on Page for the FBI in 2016, but he had also made contact in September 2016 with another Trump campaign volunteer, George Papadopoulos. He invited Papadopoulos to London that September, luring him with a $3,000 paycheck to work on a research paper under contract. By this time the young Trump campaign volunteer had already been in contact London-based professor, Josef Mifsud, who had basically informed him that the Russians had damaging material about Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Misfud’s role has also come into question by Congress.
Eventually, Papadopoulos was swept into Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel investigation and pled guilty to one count of lying to the FBI. His wife, Simona Papadopoulos, who’s been a vocal advocate for her husband, told SaraACarter.com that essentially he was forced to plead guilty because of threats from Mueller’s team and lack of financial resources.
A story broke today claiming that Trump gave nod of ‘approval’ to his suggestion of a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The notion is laughable that a man that is admiting to lying to the FBI is now claiming a nod of approval is proof of Russian Collusion, however the media will eat it all up until it's proven wrong.
As Reported by DML News:
George Papadopoulos’s lawyers argued in new probation filings that President Trump was open to his suggestions about meeting with the foreign leader in March of 2016, The Associated Press reported..
Papadopoulos allegedly volunteered to set up a meeting between Trump and Putin during a gathering with Trump’s foreign policy advisers, including Attorney General Jeff Sessions — who was a GOP senator at the time.
“While some in the room rebuffed George’s offer, Mr. Trump nodded with approval and deferred to Mr. Sessions who appeared to like the idea and stated that the campaign should look into it,” defense lawyers wrote.
His lawyers argued in a 16-page defense memo that Papadopoulos was “eager to show his value to the campaign” and should receive leniency.
Ask yourself this question: Why are we just hearing about this now? After all the other stories, why is this tidbit of information coming out now?
It will be discredited by the middle of next week like every other bogus claim.
Not to mention that it's a far cry from a smoking gun of collusion.
I know it’s hard to believe all of the above after everything that has been drilled into your head by the anti-Trump media for the last year and a half or more. But your best bet is to actually read the court documents yourself.
It's also helpful to watch congressional testimony whenever possible. It can be extremely boring at times, but the Russian Collusion testimony from various members of the Obama Administration has been very dramatic and even entertaining. (Grab the popcorn.)
You can not depend on anyone else to give you highlights and video clips, expecting to get the entire story. Everyone has an agenda and they will do what they can to manipulate your feelings and perceptions to further that agenda.
I ask that you check my claims in this article, and don’t just take my word for it. Most of all I wish for you to think for yourself and not worry what anyone else will think of your opinion.
I've watched many important facts get completely ignored by the media and government officials. Key facts that completely change the narrative of the testimony, event etc.
It's sad that we can't depend on our “fair and free” press to tell us the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
All of the key players that participated in the Clinton Email Scandal Investigation are using the Trump Russia Collusion narrative to cover for their past crimes. There is a very long list of these crimes. We would be here for days if I were to list and explain them all to you.
Stay tuned for future articles and I will do my best to try.
